To everyone who supported me, encouraged me, volunteered, donated, shared a post, attended an event, offered advice, opened a door, or simply took the time to listen  thank you.

Running for Congress in California’s 32nd District was an extraordinary journey, and I will always be grateful to the people who stood beside me and believed that independent voices, fresh ideas, and people-first leadership matter.

We took on an established political system, brought important issues into the conversation, challenged the status quo, and showed that you do not need to lose your independence or your values to step forward and serve.

But what I will remember most is the people.

Every conversation, message of encouragement, contribution, introduction, and act of support mattered. Many of you gave your time and energy simply because you believed in what we were trying to accomplish. I will never take that for granted.

Although the election is over, the ideas, relationships, and sense of purpose that grew from this campaign continue. Public service does not begin or end with holding elected office.

Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for standing with me. And thank you for being part of this remarkable chapter of my life.
